Arizona casinos are situated in the "valley of the sun," in the Southwestern part of the United States. Arizona is well-known for its warmth and beautiful scenery; from the desert to the mountains, the outdoors is as assorted as it is appealing. The population of Arizona is over five million, and the capital and largest city is Phoenix, with a population of over 1,400,000.

Arizona gambling halls were approved on Indian or Native American reservations in the 1990's, and tribes are allowed "slot allotments" for the amount of slot machine games accepted in each gambling den. There are fifteen municipalities, with Arizona gambling dens, run by many Indian bands. The minimum age for gaming at Arizona gambling halls is twenty one, and the majority of these gambling halls are never close. Harrah's Phoenix Ak-Chin Casino Resort, in Maricopa, is never closed and has 40,000 square feet of gambling room, with nine hundred and fifty slot machines, and eight table games. Casino Arizona, in Scottsdale, is never closed, with thirty thousand square feet, five hundred one armed bandits, and 36 table games; and the Paradise Casino, in Yuma, has thirty thousand sq.ft., seven hundred and fifty slots, and 15 table games.

The largest of the Arizona casinos, Casino Del Sol, is situated in Tucson and is never closed. This 240,000square foot gambling den has 1,000 slot machines, 20 table games, and six eatery's. A further one of the greater Arizona gambling dens is the Desert Diamond Casino in Sahurita, with 185,000 sq.ft. of wagering space, 498 slot machines, 15 table games, and four restaurants. The Desert Diamond Casino is open weekly, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and all hours on Saturday and Sunday. There are several other big Arizona casinos, including the Cliff Castle Casino in Camp Verde, with 140,000 sq.ft., 575 slot machines, and 10 table games; and the Gila River Casino - Vee Quiva in Laveen, with 89,000 square feet, 675 slots, and ten table games.

Also, the Blue Water Resort and Casino on the Colorado River in Parker, Arizona, presents twenty-one and poker, as well as slots, bingo, and keno. One of the most beloved Arizona gambling halls is the Fort McDowell Casino in Fountain Hills, with each day no-limit poker tournaments, non stop table side food service, and the biggest poker prizes in Arizona. a handful of the smaller Arizona casinos consist of the Yavapi in Prescott, with 6,000 square feet, two hundred and fifty slots, and eight table games; and the Spirit Mountain Casino in Mojave, with nine thousand five hundred square feet and two hundred and sixty one armed bandits.

Arizona gambling dens put forth awesome entertainment and around the clock gaming in authentic Vegas style.
